Dr. Orbon, Dr. Maddox and Dr. Wagner customize each appointment to the needs of the individual patient. Affiliated Dental Specialists is open 6 days a week and we are on call 24/7 to handle dental emergencies for your family.

The Pediatric Dentists at Affiliated Dental Specialists pride themselves on being flexible to accommodate your child’s dental care. Appointment times vary with the age of the child and their treatment needs. We encourage parents to schedule their pre-school children for their appointments in the morning when children are refreshed and at their best.

School aged children can be seen for their routine check-ups, examinations and cleanings on weekdays before school, in the afternoons after-school and on Saturday mornings to minimize disruptions to their school schedules. Appointments for dental fillings are done in the morning or early afternoon.

Appointment Times for Children With Braces
If your child is in braces, it may take more time for cleaning and teaching hygiene. These appointments are scheduled throughout the day. If you are also a patient of Dr. Port and Dr. Klein, we will be happy to schedule your appointments for your orthodontic care and dental check-ups at the same time to save you a visit!

First Appointment For Infants
Affiliated Dental Specialists recommend your child’s first dental visit within 6 months of the eruption of their first teeth. Our infant oral health care visits include examination, toothbrush prophylaxis and fluoride treatment. The doctor will spend time with you discussing hygiene, habits, tooth eruption patterns and any other topics you in which you may have questions. We recommend that your child will be seen every six months to ensure your child’s healthy and happy smile.
